SC Conveyor Belt

Compact mesh balanced Conveyor belt made by alternating spirals twisting to the left and to the right, interconnected by straight bars (crossbars).

In this conveyor belt, the wire of the spiral can be round or laminated to obtain a flat surface.
It is a compact mesh belt with a minimum quantity of air passing through, and it is suitable to convey even small parts.
It is used in cold and humid working environments and at high temperatures depending on the type of material of which it is made.
The belt is moved by interference with the drive roller.
It is linear and stable during operation mode and has a good tensile strength.
It can be equipped with side chains. See SCC Belt.

Applications

This belt can be made in a wide variety of meshes and with different wire diameters, which make it suitable to satisfy the needs in different applications in continuous tunnel furnaces both in the food and metallurgical sector in environments with temperatures up to 1150°C.
